An interesting programme of talks, mostly on local topics, takes place regularly throughout the year.

Talks are held in the Old School Hall (formerly the Learning for Life Centre) at 7:30pm  usually on the first Friday of February, March, April, May, June, September, October and November. A charge of £3 is made to cover expenses

Following the latest Government advice regarding the Coronavirus COVID-19, all Friends events have been cancelled. There will be no Talks in April, May, June or July. Hopefully the Talks programme will be resumed in September.
